Refunds or exchanges are provided solely at our discretion. All items must be returned in their original condition. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. While we refund the item's cost, return shipping expenses are your responsibility.
Upon successful return of the goods, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used during checkout:
For PayPal transactions, refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be processed and credited back to your account balance.

For credit or debit card payments processed through Stripe, please allow approximately 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect as a credit, depending on your bank's processing time.
